Submission Information
Initial submission type: Extended abstract for review (max 1000 words)
plus a short abstract for the program and proceedings (max 300 words)
Submission must be made through the CMT conference management system

Important Dates:
- Submission deadline: 31 March 2026
- Notification of acceptance: 30 April 2026
- Camera-ready paper submission deadline: 26 May 2026
Camera-ready paper length: Maximum of 8 pages, including notes and references.
Presentation format:One full-day symposium with in-person oral presentations only (20 minutes + max 10 minutes for questions). Hybrid/remote presentations are not normally possible and considered only in exceptional circumstances.
Proceedings: Selected submissions accepted for the symposium will be published as part of the AISB 2026 Proceedings. Completed camera-ready copy (using the AISB format) should be sent by 28 April 2026. Papers not sent by that date may not be included.
